Circut training

Circuit training consists of approximately 15 circuits with various exercises. Each exercise is designed to be modified to be more difficult or less difficult. They are all adaptable to any physical restrictions you may have. Not loving an exercise, do your own thing!

IP Cardio Drumming

Come join the hot mess!

A cardio drumming class is a fun, high-energy, full-body workout that uses exercise balls and drumsticks to the beat of musicParticipants drum on the balls while performing rhythmic movements and incorporating other exercises like squats and shakes to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, coordination, and mood. The classes are accessible to all ages and fitness levels, often providing modifications for seated or standing participants and requiring no prior drumming experience.

Class is held at the Brighton Town Hall Gymnasium.  Please bring clean indoor sneakers, comfortable clothing and waterbottle.

Yoga with Melanie

For everyone who always wanted to try yoga – but are intimidated! Instructor Melanie will lead participants through gentle poses and postures, while incorporating breath work and meditation. Increase flexibility, mobility, strength, and mindfulness. You’re also likely to walk away in a much better mood!
