This weekend tournament gets kids out on the ice enjoying our frozen local lakes. A great way to include family and friends and introduce young ones to the sport, the weekend tournament culminates in a fish weigh-in and prize ceremony.
Participants are able to fish any legal body of water in Caledonia, Essex, and Orleans counties and fish for any legal species from those waters. The Vermont Fish and Wildlife officers assist with packet pickup and meet our participants.
Donations are used to provide prizes, snacks, trophies and other engaging items to encourage children to participate and learn this great tradition. We hope you will consider being a part of this amazing event! Please reach out to info@brightonrecreationvt.org or (802) 723-0931 with any questions you may have.
