Circut training

Circuit training will consist of approximately 15 circuits with various exercises. Each exercise is designed to be modified to be more difficult or less difficult. They are all adaptable to any physical restrictions you may have. Not loving an exercise, do your own thing!

Ready to build strength, flexibility, and your confidence? In I’m with the Band, your instructor will lead you through fun moves that challenge YOU. Easily adaptable to your needs, this class offers a fresh way to strength train!

beginner Yoga with Melanie

For everyone who always wanted to try yoga – but was intimidated! Instructor Melanie will lead participants through gentle poses and postures, while incorporating breath work and meditation. Increase flexibility, mobility, strength, and mindfulness. You’re also likely to walk away in a much better mood!
